How do I activate my eSIM?

After checkout, you’ll receive a QR code. On your phone, go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM, then scan the QR code and follow the prompts.

When should I install the eSIM?

Install anytime, but turn on the eSIM line and data roaming when you arrive at your destination (unless your plan says otherwise).

My data isn’t working—what should I check first?

Confirm the eSIM line is selected for Cellular Data, Data Roaming is enabled for that line, and Airplane Mode is off. If needed, restart your phone.

Can I use eSIM and my physical SIM together?

Yes on most compatible devices. Keep your physical SIM for calls/SMS and use the OneTap.Global eSIM for data.

How do I know if my phone is compatible?

Check our compatibility list, then confirm your device is unlocked by your carrier.
