Refunds & replacements for unused eSIMs
Returns are available only for unused eSIMs within 30 days of purchase. If your eSIM doesn’t activate, we’ll provide a replacement eSIM or a refund—your choice. This is a no-questions-asked refund for eligible orders. We can verify whether an eSIM has been used or activated. Once an eSIM has been activated and/or used, we can’t issue a refund because we can’t (and don’t) sell used eSIMs. Please make sure you have an stable internet connection before activating your eSIM. We’ve partnered with eSIM Access, one of the biggest suppliers of eSIMs in the world. Customer satisfaction is our first priority.
